If you are unable to travel to our shop, then you can download an order form and follow the simple instructions below to take advantage of In Step quality footwear and fitting advice.

STEP 1 - Browse through our range of shoes on the web site.

STEP 2 -  Download and print out the order form (316.04 KB).

STEP 3 - Choose the shoe/s and enter their details on the order form. Specify the make, style, colour and code (if stated)

STEP 4 - On the order page mark around both of your child’s bare feet while positioned on the correct location of the foot sizing chart. For best results use a black ball point pen (important if you are going to fax the form back). Hold the pen vertically upright while tracing. PLEASE NOTE: Mark out the foot shape while in bare feet. It is not unusual for one foot to be longer

STEP 5 - Please inform us of any foot problems, such as: Flat feet, High arch, Orthotics, any other problems.

STEP 6 - Add up shoe cost totals plus postage and packaging of $6.50 per item over all New Zealand. Indicate payment method and sign.

STEP 7 - Simply FAX the form to us on 03 359 8506, or post it to us at In Step Shoes, Parkside Plaza, Bishopdale Shopping Centre, 333 Harewood Road, Bishopdale, Christchurch.
