STEP 1 - Our staff are used to talking to children. They will initially spend time making your child feel comfortable and built a rapport with them.

STEP 2 - If you are ready on this occasion, we then accurately measure both feet for length and width while also assessing the in step area.

STEP 3 - We listen to your child’s footwear needs and then guide you to suitable shoes which will specifically suit the size, shape and needs of your child from within our range of well respected quality shoes. You can then take your time to make a choice.

STEP 4 - From here we present to your child shoes of the correct size in the recommended style choice. We also present similar shoes to compare fit and appearance.

STEP 5 - Finally the most important step, and the one that sets In Step apart from most footwear retailers. We take the time to ensure the shoes fit correctly and that they match their foot size and shape while also giving room to grow.
